The homes in our complex were built in approximately 1978 and are typically 1685, 1740 or 1940 square feet in size, spread over two or three levels, with 2-4 bedrooms and a 2-car attached garage. Lot sizes and shapes vary, but are generally 1740 square feet or more. Refer to the map of our complex and to our floor plan descriptions for more information.
Our complex includes a clubhouse with a meeting room and a small kitchen, a swimming pool and an arbor area. Residents may reserve the clubhouse for meetings or parties.

Disclosures
The association has no significant delinquencies in payment of monthly assessments, has no outstanding loans and does not anticipate the need for any special assessments or future borrowing. The board of directors of the association is comfortable with the HOA’s financial condition based on currently available information and is not aware of any legal proceedings involving our HOA. More detailed information on the HOA’s finances is available from the management company.
Approximately 70% of the 40 units in our complex are currently occupied by the unit owner or family member(s) of the owner. No owner owns more than one unit here.
Directions to Casa del Rey
From Lawrence Expressway: Exit at El Camino Real, heading towards Sunnyvale. Proceed 0.1 mile to Halford Ave. Turn left on Halford. For Halford units, Casa del Rey addresses are located between the first right (Burnley Way) and the second right (Lillick Drive). For Gazdar Ct. addresses, make the first right from Halford onto Burnley, then an immediate left into the Gazdar Court private drive. For Karmen Ct. addresses, make the second right from Halford onto Lillick, then an immediate right into the Karmen Ct. private drive.
From El Camino Real (from Santa Clara): Head towards Sunnyvale along El Camino. Turn left on Halford Ave., then follow the directions as above. Halford is located just past the Lawrence Expressway exit as you drive along El Camino.
From El Camino Real (from Sunnyvale or Mountain View): Head towards Santa Clara along El Camino Real. Just after you enter Santa Clara, turn right on Halford Ave. (at Burger King), then follow the directions as above. The Halford turn is about 0.7 miles past the El Camino Real & Wolfe Rd. intersection.
