Floor Plans

There are three primary floor plans for the units in our complex, designated A, B and C.
For all floor plans, please beware that some units are mirror images of the floor plans shown or may have been altered since the original construction. Our homes include a two-car garage and have a fenced back yard. Some bedrooms have vaulted ceilings and/or a balcony.

Floor plan A generally applies to the units at the western edge of our complex (the even numbered units of 1300-1318 Karmen Ct. and the even numbered units of 1388-1398 Gazdar Ct.). This page shows the layout of the ‘A’ units.

The Board of Directors meets in the clubhouse every month or two. Unit owners are invited to attend these meetings and share any concerns they might have about the HOA or just to learn more about the operation of the HOA. The meeting schedule is announced in the HOA’s periodic newsletter and on the home page of this web site.

Casa del Rey is located a few blocks southwest of the intersection of El Camino Real and Lawrence Expressway in Santa Clara, California.

Transportation
Our complex is a few miles from highways 101 and 280 and within easy walking distance of several of the main bus routes operated by the Valley Transportation Authority.

The 22 and 522 bus lines stop in front of the former Kohl’s site (3700 El Camino Real) and run between Eastridge Mall in San Jose and Palo Alto. A large portion of these routes is along El Camino Real. The 522 line is more of an express bus and thus has many fewer stops than the 22 line.
